Our Mission

Feeding of the 5,000 is a community food drive that supports thousands of vulnerable families throughout Colorado. The drive has grown year over year, not just through increased food and financial donations, but also through increased community involvement. The participation of organizations and the motivation of individual volunteers throughout the area has been the driving force behind the great success of Feeding of the 5,000…and we want to ensure that this success continues far into the future.

Hold Down the Fort and Sort

Come help us sort food at St. Luke’s UMC. As well as being a drop off site in itself our drivers will be collecting food from our other drop off sites and bringing it back to home base where you will be helping sort the food by type and checking expiration dates so it is ready to go off to those in need.
